Whole food nutrition helps to fill the gap between what we should eat and what we actually eat. Products that are taken in capsule, chewable or liquid form are filled with a wide range of nutritional benefits. Because of the pure preservation methods in taking it from its organic form, whole food nutrition is probably the next best thing to eating fruits and vegetables.

Many of us often wonder what kind of treatments that drug addicts receive once they are sent to the addiction treatment centers. In fact, there are various kinds of treatments done in such treatment centers to help the patients overcome their addiction. The treatment programs can be divided into four, which are body treatment, mind treatment, inventory and self-discovery treatment and spirit treatment.
The first thing that the drugs addiction treatment centers do to their patients is helping them recovering their physical health. As we all know, drugs attack our internal organs and weaken our health. Most drug addicts who are sent to the treatment centers are not healthy—many organs of their bodies have been broken and cannot function maximally. Hence, they need treatments to heal and recover their body.
After their patients are improving in their physical health, the treatment centers usually help the patients to recover their mind. For the addicts, drugs do not only attack their body, but also their mind. They cannot help but thinking negatively, which often causes them to behave badly. Hence, mind treatment is essential to change their mind of thinking from negative to positive.
The next program is inventory and self-discovery treatment. Once the addicts can think normally, they usually begin to regret their past choices. Guilt is a feeling everyone should not ignore. If someone is too drowned in his guilt without anyone helps him to overcome it, he is likely will do something bad to ‘redeem’ himself. Thus, the treatment centers provide this program to lead the addicts not to be drowned in their guilt for using drugs, but to start a new chapter of their lives with hope.
Lastly, the program the drugs addiction treatment centers provide is the spirit treatment. Drugs addicts have a broken spirit—from being rejected by the society or their own beloved ones, hence they need help to recovery from that. Usually, spiritual and religious events are made to help them finding peace within themselves.
Impossible TV hairstyles

I finally broke down and completed my DVD collection of the show Friends I grew up with the show and remember all of the Ross-Rachel drama. During most of the show’s run, I was far too young to understand a lot of the innuendos. But it wasn’t too bad as far as primetime TV goes, so I watched it with my friends and family a lot.
When I was watching one of the earlier episodes, I remembered that my friend that was also obsessed with the show got her hair cut into the Rachel style. Afterward, I begged my mom to let me get my hair cut in the same way until my friend said that she couldn’t really style her hair like that, so matter what she did. No wonder Jennifer Aniston’s hair looked good. She had on-set hair stylists! I looked up the actual hairstyle on wildblue when I was thinking about it and how today a lot of people are asking for Serena’s hairdo from “Gossip Girl” and finding out that they have as much trouble styling it too.
I’ll just stick to my own do for now, even though I know that Serena would have a hairstylist do her hair in real life if she existed outside of the TV screen.
